Useppa Reopens – Pictures and thoughts by UseppaGin – COVID free Useppa Island reopened October 16th. Only two staff members had tested positive from exposure two weeks before, and after thorough deep cleaning and precautionary tests, once again Useppa welcomed members and visitors. Her gentle spirit embraced us all. Homeowners, staff, and guests walked the Pink Path, lunched on the Collier patio and dined inside the Inn. Everyone is practicing social distancing. Masks are mandatory on the boats and inside unless dining. How lucky we are to be part of the Useppa family.

Columbus Day on Useppa 2020
Useppa Columbus Day Weekend: Boats and Fun Everywhere – Thoughts and Pictures by UseppaGin – A Lion’s Club Offshore Fun Run included a stop on Saturday and a Tarpon Bar Lunch on Sunday. Families and friends enjoyed dining at the Collier and swimming in the pool. Two knowledgeable boys challenged each other to a chess match. A game of croquet was played. Two young fishermen left the Marina and fished off the beach with an Egret nearby. Compared to most summer weekends, it was a busy time. But on Useppa it’s always Island Time.
