Early Morning Fire at Collier Inn Safely Contained
Early this morning there was a fire at the Collier Inn discovered by Peter Frazzetta. Steve was quickly on hand to assist the Fire Department contain the blaze. More facts will be shared when known but fortunately no one was hurt and the damage is limited. Outstanding work from Pete, Steve, Deputy Chief Jason, Chief Marc and the Useppa Island Fire Rescue - thank you. What an outstanding community we live in.

Village Road Re-Construction
The village road has long been in poor condition and often floods. Realignment and resurfacing within UIP property boundaries will better serve residents. The new road demonstrates that UIP is equally committed to enhancing all areas of the island community.
