Village Road Re-Construction
The village road has long been in poor condition and often floods. Realignment and resurfacing within UIP property boundaries will better serve residents. The new road demonstrates that UIP is equally committed to enhancing all areas of the island community.

Homeowners buy Useppa Island in $16M deal, plan $35M rebuild
As Simon Bound talked about the new ownership group of Useppa Island, the new CEO appeared, almost out of nowhere. Steven Mezynieski climbed out of an excavator he had been operating, working to restore the island’s main pier.
