Early Morning Fire at Collier Inn Safely Contained
Early this morning there was a fire at the Collier Inn discovered by Peter Frazzetta. Steve was quickly on hand to assist the Fire Department contain the blaze. More facts will be shared when known but fortunately no one was hurt and the damage is limited. Outstanding work from Pete, Steve, Deputy Chief Jason, Chief Marc and the Useppa Island Fire Rescue - thank you. What an outstanding community we live in.

Island Progress Update
Work on the island continues at a strong pace under UIP, with major improvements underway and exciting momentum on the capital raise. The marina, Collier remediation, and Gasparilla Cottage reception center are key priorities this month.
