A New Vision for Useppa
For the first time in nearly 50 years, Useppa Island is under new ownership. Useppa Island Partners LLC, formed by ten homeowners in May of 2025 completed the purchase of the assets of UIDC on September 22, 2025. Our operating name will be Useppa Island Club and Marina. Our vision is straightforward – to restore Useppa to a first-class private island retreat.
