Dining on Useppa Island is both luxurious yet comfortable

The Collier Inn Restaurant offers four-star service and products with an atmosphere which promotes a comfortable setting and relaxed conversation. Our specialty is pairing our food with the environment. Fresh seafood, game and greens are regular features on our menus. The Collier Inn has two indoor dining rooms. One is our formal setting, The Barron Collier Room. The other, is our casual Courtyard Dining Room. Outdoor seating is available during lunch hours.
