Early this morning there was a fire at the Collier Inn discovered by Peter Frazzetta. Steve was quickly on hand to assist the Fire Department contain the blaze. More facts will be shared when known but fortunately no one was hurt and the damage is limited. The Collier Inn is safe after the fire was put out, and no antiques or valuables were lost because of the ongoing renovations, according to the Useppa Island Fire Rescue. Crews had to tear through some ceilings and walls to put out the fire, and it was put out within 20 minutes, the Useppa Island Fire Chief said.”
