Hurricane Recovery Update

General Island Status
Useppa Island Club is currently open to members and their accompanying guests, although dockage is currently unavailable as the marina is being rebuilt. Members are welcome to visit the island if they wish to ride the Club Ferry or use alternatives to landing at the marina. Dockage will be reopened to members as soon as sections of the marina are completed and safe to use.

If you intend to visit the island, or make arrangements for accommodation or golf cart rentals, please email reception@useppa.com or call 239-308-9211. During the Marina reconstruction, The Collier Inn is open Friday-Sunday for lunch and dinner. To make dining reservations, please call 239-283-4443 or email concierge@useppa.com. We welcome you to come visit for the day or overnight and we look forward to being able to serve you and your guests in a more normal capacity once again.

Rentals
Rental accommodations are once again available to members, although not all accommodations in our rental program are back in service. Please contact our Guest Services team at 239-308-9211 to discuss available options and to make a reservation. You can also view available rentals and pricing at our Come Stay page on the main website. We appreciate your patience and look forward to being able to host you again soon.

Marina
2022’s Hurricane Ian forced us to rebuild our marina entirely, to include the Captain’s “Crow’s Nest” office. 2024’s Hurricanes Helene and Milton created nearly as much damage as Ian, and we are currently in the process of rebuilding it. Again.

Once sections of dockage are completed, we will allow members to use those spaces. For a detailed update as to the marina’s status please call our marina staff at 239-308-9199 or email marina@useppa.com . Our dockmaster monitors VHF-14 and emphasizes its importance when you arrive to the island during these times of recovery.

Food & Beverage
The Collier Inn Restaurant is open Friday – Sunday for lunch and dinner during the Marina reconstruction. Once dockage is available for members, the restaurant will resume a more normal schedule. Dining reservations at the Collier Inn are required, and to make them, please email concierge@useppa.com or call 239-283-4443. Please be sure to include the number of people in your party, requested time to dine, your member number and a cell phone for contact. Hours are: Lunch: Frida-Sunday 11:30a-2:30p; Dinner: Friday-Sunday 6p-8p.

Club Ferry/Launch
The Club Ferry is available to members and reservations can be made by calling Reception at 239-308-9211 or emailing reception@useppa.com. Ferry times from Bocilla to Useppa are: 7:30a (staff only); 10a; 11:30a; 3p; 5p. From Useppa to Bocilla: 9a; 11a; 2:30p; 4:30 (staff only); 5:30p. Private ferry runs are available and are subject to our Captain’s schedules. Please call Reception to inquire private run availability and rates.

Facilities
The pool and jacuzzi are open and available to members, and please understand that we do not allow ANY glass around the pool. A closure of the pool due to broken glass would set us back even further, so this rule will be strictly enforced. The pool patio could be closed for periods of time during certain repairs to the Collier Inn, so it’s best to call ahead to confirm its status if you intend to use it.

Accounting/Billing

Presently, the accounting team is operating from an off-island space located at 923 Del Prado Blvd. South Ste 104, Cape Coral, FL 33990. You can call our accounting team at 239-308-9216. The majority of our administrative team is working off island while the reception building awaits its reconstruction and we appreciate your patience with us as we work outside our comfort zone.
