Grandmother's Suite - "Serene"
Grandmother's Suite is a second story suite with a queen size bed in the bedroom and a separate living room area. This cozy suite is in a historic structure and offers a serene sunset view over the marina. This suite is located just a few steps from the pink path, the beach, Joseffa's Store and The Tarpon Bar.

 The Gasparilla Cottage was originally constructed in 1914 and is located directly on the Pink Promenade in an area of the island that provides a sunset view. Three of our rental units are located in this historic building, all of which offer understated luxury with an Old Florida ambiance. |

Sunset I Sunset I looks to the West, as the name suggests, providing vistas of tropical sunsets and magnificent cloud formations over the bay.   Sunset II Sunset II also offers wondrous sunsets. Both rooms are decorated in turn-of-the-century style, including king size beds, refrigerators, coffee makers, original Dade County pine floors, cypress tongue-and-groove paneled walls, mullioned windows and French doors. Period baths accent each room.  
Historic The Gasparilla Suite is one of the most unique suites that we offer on Useppa. It is crafted from the same mold as both Sunset Rooms and centers around a mirrored king size bed in the magnificent Fireplace Room. High above the romantic hideaway looms an eighteen-foot wood-beamed cathedral ceiling. This Suite is spacious, luxurious and uniquely decorated with Oriental accents and offers a quaint loveseat, small refrigerator, and a coffeemaker.   |

 The Adroit Room and Valima Rooms are upper level rooms featuring nautical themes, wooden floors and period décor. These rooms are conveniently located near our marina, Joseffa's Store and the Tarpon Bar. Spacious balconies overlook the Pink Pathway Bridge and gardens, while the stairwell leaves you just steps from the beach.  |

The Cabana Suite is our newest accommodation. It is centrally located above the Proshop, and just a step away from everything, the pool is just outside the front door, and the beach is just beyond that. The Tennis Courts are in the back, with the Croquette court to the right and the Collier Inn to the left. From there you have unlimited possibilities of how to spend your time. Relax by the pool, walk the beach, or enjoy a delicious meal from the Collier Inn. The room features a Queen Sized bed, Kitchenette with stove, microwave, and coffeemaker. | ||
