Wining and Dining at Useppa carries the same traditions as our prestigious club with age old recipes from generations past. We feature the finest libations and a wide variety of local seafood from the bountiful waters lapping our shores. Our skilled staff takes special care to bring you the quality and flavors that exemplify our abundant surroundings.
Our Bahamian Conch Chowder is a long-standing custom made from a local shellfish which has been enjoyed by civilizations all the way back to the Calusa Indians. Our renowned Tuna Bites are a member favorite that tends to bring our Chef back to the good ol' days of the cast iron skillet. This sashimi appetizer is seared crisp, joining together antique technique with fresh ideas. Key Lime Pie, the South Florida favorite, is beautifully prepared with a favorite recipe of generations past. You will surely find the right compliment for your meal or mood from our refreshing selection of island cocktails and worldly wines at either of our facilities. |
